Reschedules and Cancellations

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all services. We will always try to fill the space, however, if we are unable to utilize the time all late reschedules, cancellations or no shows are subject to the full charge of the unfulfilled appointments.

Clients are required to have a credit card attached to their account which will be charged in the event of a no show, late reschedule or cancellation.

Our automated appointment system will send out emails and text messages to confirm appointments based on the information you provide when booking.

Clients who are late for their appointments may have their services modified to fit the remaining time. In this case clients are still subject to the full charge of services booked.

Pricing and Promotions

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Please note that all service times are approximate.

Promotional pricing, discounts or events can not be combined with any other offers or stacked for greater savings.

Promotions are only available when booked within the starting and finishing dates unless otherwise expressed.

Promotions are only available with service providers specifically mentioned unless it is a general salon promotion.

For promotional services “New Client” covers any client who has never visited the salon for the service(s) advertised or has not been to the salon for a minimum of one year to receive the service(s) advertised.

Unhappy with Service

While we aim for every client to leave our salon happy, no one is perfect. If you are unhappy with the service you received please let us know below (within 7 days of your service) so that we can correct the situation.
